Listed below is the timeframe for processing orders.
Standard Delivery - Cards and Canvas Art:
- Proof
Your first proof is sent to you within 3 working days;
- Modifications
You have up to 3 modifications that can be made to the initial design. The timing of this step is very dependant on how quickly we receive the changes. Please allow up to 1 working day for each change.
- Print Process
Allow 7 working days for the printing of your design. For jobs over 500, please allow 10-12 working days.
- Delivery
Delivery is made via Fastway Couriers. Timing depends very much on where you live. For most areas it is 1 working day. All orders are shipped from Sydney.
NOTE: During busy periods, eg. Christmas, this timing can be delayed.
- Express Delivery
Express delivery can be organised for an additional $5. These are sent via Australia Post.
Express Delivery for Cards and Canvas Prints (an additional charge applies):
- Proof
Your first proof is sent to you within 1 working days;
- Modifications
You have up to 3 modifications that can be made to the initial design. The more detail that is included up front and in your changes the better. We will endeavor to make the changes on the day the modifications are received. For more accurate timing, please discuss your timing requirements with us.
- Print Process
Allow 3-4 working days for the printing of your design. NOTE: this does not include commercial orders for 500 and over.
- Express Delivery
Sent via Australia Post. Delivery to most areas is 1 working day.
Coffee Table Books:
- Proof
Your first proof is sent to you within 2 weeks of receiving the photographs. This time can be reduced if you book your order in;
- Modifications
You have up to 3 modifications that can be made to the initial design. The timing of this step is very dependant on how quickly we receive the changes.
- Print Process
Allow 3 weeks for the printing of your book.
- Delivery
Delivery is 1-2 working days.
NOTE: During busy periods, eg. Christmas, this timing can be delayed.
