You have the option of completing the online Order Form or contacting us directly for your order. Either way is accepted. We are only too happy to help in selecting your design, photos and wording..
How can we help to simplify your Order process?
- Selecting the right design;
- Choosing the photos to use in your card;
- We can give you tips on taking photos for your Greeting Card or Postcard;
- Constructing your wording.
There are two ways you may place your order, either via the Online Order from or directly with us, i.e. over the phone, or via email.
- Online Order Form
- Directly with us
Option 1: Ordering through the Online Order Form:
Order Online, if you are comfortable with the Order Form and are ordering the one design and you see the design that you want.
- Select the Design
We can help you choose the design that is perfect for your function, thank you card or general greeting card;
- Complete the Online Order form:
- Enter Quantity;
- Enter Wording (if you do not have all the details, this can be supplied later);
- Process payment
Secured payment is processed through Paypal. You do not need to sign up.
- You will receive an Order confirmation via email;
- Reply to email attaching your photos
We can help you choose your photos;
- Your proof is emailed to you within 3 working days
It is sent as a compressed PDF file;
- Signoff
When reviewing the proof, please be sure to check the wording is correct as well as spelling and grammar.
Hint:
When proof reading it is sometimes best to print it rather than reading it from a screen. It is also good to have someone else read it as well;
- Wait for your personalised card to arrive and ENJOY!
Option 2: Ordering directly with us:
Situations where you would contact us directly to place your order include:
- When ordering more than one product, eg. Wedding Stationery;
- When ordering Corporate products that require a more in depth discussion regarding design;
- When you have questions you would like answered prior to placing your order;
- When you like one style of card, however would prefer it in a different size;
- If you feel more comfortable speaking with us first.
- Contact us with the following information:
- Where you would like help;

Purpose of the card;
- Approximate required by date or date of the function;
- Any other information that you know.
This can either be done via the contact us form or via over the phone (02 8572 9441);
- Your questions will be answered;
- Confirm your order;
- Either a 40% deposit or full payment is made;
- Your proof is emailed to you within 3 working days
It is sent as a compressed PDF file;
- Signoff
